Some things to note before submitting an application:

  1. Please review the EWG Verified® criteria and lists of unacceptable and restricted ingredients.
  2. To sign up, you will be prompted to make an account with information on your brand and sign our disclosure agreement.
  3. By submitting an application, you agree to a non-refundable $750 per formulation evaluation fee.
  4. We recommend submitting a formulation for which you do not anticipate changes.
  5. Your application review cannot begin until we receive the full fragrance/flavor ingredient disclosure, product labels and evaluation fee.
  6. EWG Verified® products have an annual licensing fee that is typically based on the number of licensed products and your company’s annual revenue.
